His Excellency Mr. Qais Qatamin joined the team as Vice Chairman and CEO of Dubai operations. Qais is a highly valuable addition to Knowledge Horizon and brings with him vast and diversified managerial experience gained through various prestigious positions held prior to joining.

His Excellency holds an MBA in International Business from Coventry University- UK, and a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Jordan. Moreover, he received the Best Trainer Award for 2011 in recognition of his excellent and distinguished contribution in the field of sustainable finance of micro enterprises in Jordan. This is all in addition to the fact that he is a trainer of trainers and a certified trainer for several local, regional and international programs.

His Excellency held various positions in different local and international institutions such as: Full time Lecturer at Irbid Private University; Director of Microenterprises at the Noor Al Hussein Foundation; Executive Manager at Jordan Micro Credit Company (Tamweelcom); Marketing and Business Development Director at Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority; Minister's Advisor for strategic cooperation in the Ministry of Labor; Representative of American Education Development Academy in one of the development projects in Jordan; Loans and Community Support Manager at UNRWA in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Gaza and the West Bank; and the Director General of Employment - Technical and Vocational Education and Training Fund.
