Knowledge Horizon took part in the workshop held by the Royal Police Academy – Tabarbour, titled (Training Needs). The workshop was attended by his Excellency Dr. Khulaif Al Khawaldeh, Minister of Public Sector Development, his Excellency Major General Atif Al Soudi; Director of Public Security, Dr. Maen Al Qatamin, Chairman of Knowledge Horizon, and his Excellency Brigadier Omar Al Harasis, Director of the Royal Police Academy, as well as and sum of the Public Security staff.
The Workshop aims to identify the training needs for Public Security members; improve the human resources, which is considered the catalyst for the success of any organization; seek the best training methods to improve individuals' skills; and direct training courses in the right direction.
Dr. Maen Al Qatamin expressed his appreciated his happiness to take a part in the workshop by delivering lecture titled "The skills and methods of training needs identification: Obstacles of training needs identification". The lecture was delivered via an E-training program accompanied by training film. Dr. Qatamin explained the importance of e- training in developing human resources performance and abilities.
In his speech, His Excellency Major- General Atif Al Soudi welcomed the participants and hoped that the workshop topics and subsequent meetings were of benefit and use to them. Moreover, he stressed that this workshop is more like as brainstorming and expertise exchange session.
