Knowledge Horizon develops a state of the art customer service film for Sharja Islamic Bank. The main focus of this drama training film is the “Guest Model” which is designed and adopted by SIB across its various branches in the UAE. As the leading company in the Middle East for making training films, Knowledge Horizon has produced the largest collection of training drama films in the Arab world. With such a vast experience in this field, Knowledge Horizon wrote the script, directed and produced the film for SIB. Now the film is being used for training purposes across 26 ISB branches in the country.
