Knowledge Horizon implemented a training program entitled "Train the Trainers" for a select group of employees of the Ras Al Khaimah Educational Zone. A number of important subjects were tackled during this training including: Presentation methods; the use of body language to influence, Handling difficult situations arising during training, and others.
